From start-ups to Fortune 50 companies, Steve’s experience spans nearly 40 years in the technology industry. He has held executive roles in R&D, engineering, marketing, manufacturing, and operations. His expertise includes product specification, development, execution, and delivery of integrated communication platforms for telecommunications, data communications, security, lighting, and controlled environmental agriculture systems. He specializes in early-stage involvement during company formulation and the fine-tuning of strategy, focus, and organizational execution. He is an experienced generalist who understands the development and application of technology to real business issues.

Steve started his career at Hewlett-Packard working in development in computer and instrumentation divisions. He was on the founding engineering team of StrataCom, acquired by Cisco Systems for over $4B. He later co-founded Nayna Network serving as the Vice-President of Engineering and Operations. Most recently, he led the engineering team focused on creating indoor vertical farming platforms at Crop One Holdings as Senior Vice-President of Technology.

Steve earned a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from UC- Davis, M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from UC-Berkeley, and an MBA from Pepperdine University.

Cole is passionate about understanding how businesses operate and leveraging technology to drive decisions. He recently graduated from Loyola Marymount University with a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems and Business Analytics. His project work included web scraping, data analysis, and website front and back-end development. Cole’s skills include Agile project management, Python, and SQL. Cole’s analytical background drives his appreciation for the pivotal role of data-driven insights in contemporary business landscapes.
